Bowls and Vats
Bowls and vats are deep vessels that were used for a variety of purposes in daily life, from cooking utensils to household implements. They were produced at kilns all over Seto.
Some bowls and lipped bowls were thrown with double rims. They did not crack during drying because of the high quality Seto clay and the skill of the potters who made them.
